1. Return Eligibility

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
• Gift cards or promotional items, unless required by law.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery with your order details and supporting photographs. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or available variant, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by ManMohey. For other eligible returns, shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Refund Exceptions

Shipping charges, gift wrapping charges, and other optional service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or as required by applicable law.
